Packaging and Shipping Fees

Parcelforce (Express24) or Royal Mail (Tracked 24 ) will be used to ship the frozen goods. 

Rates for postage as below:

up to 7 packs -£10.45

8-15 packs - £12.45

16-25 packs -£15.95

For bigger orders (above 30 packs) please contact me before making any payment as delivery fee could be discounted.

We dispatch orders only on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Minimum order

5 packs minimum order for shipping.

Important Information

The frozen items might be slightly defrosted on the surface, but will still be in their best condition for refreezing or immediate consumption. 

Once your parcel has been received, please place these items in the freezer straight away.

Please ensure someone is present/arrange for a neighbour to allow for parcel to be delivered on the intended day of delivery. Failed delivery is likely to result in spoilt/de-frozen items. No responsibility is assumed and no refunds issued.
